The city website has a map of all of the voter precincts and a breakdown of the recent vote by precinct. Interesting numbers if you’re into that kind of thing…

Henrico has maps online, too. County residents vote in small portions of the much larger Montrose (PDF) and Eanes (PDF) precincts. Henrico results are available on the State Board of Elections site and can be pulled out by precinct as well.

All of the area in the city votes in precinct 706. This precinct had the 2nd highest turn-out in the East End of the city.

A separate 7th District Candidates Forum that includes the school board candidates, council candidates, and mayoral candidates will follow at 7PM at the Powhatan Community Center in Fulton. Both forums are open the public.

In the contest for the 7th district council seat, it is Clarence Kenney vs incumbent Delores L. McQuinn. Three candidates are shooting for the school board seat: Donald L. Coleman, Torey J. Edmonds, and massive underdog Ronald L. Bond.

There are 3 candidates for Board of Supervisors and 3 for School Board.

Immigration, growth, public transportation, and community maintenance were among the topics of discussion between the two candidates for the Varina seat on the county’s Board of Supervisors during a candidate forum Sept. 25.

At the same forum, the three candidates for the district’s School Board seat discussed overcrowding in the region’s schools, the concept of instituting drug tests for students and the state of Henrico’s special education programs.
