Greater Fulton Hill Civic Association

The Greater Fulton Hill Civic Association as we know it today, began in 1981 when former Fire Chief John Finnegan gathered neighbors together to address issues on Fulton Hill.
The name, Greater Fulton Hill, was selected to indicate that the association includes the residents of Fulton, Fulton Hill, and Montrose Heights. There are no dues. Anyone who lives in the designated area is automatically a member and encouraged to attend the meetings and participate in the programs.
Mission Statement
Our purpose is to promote the health, safety, and well-being of the residents of Fulton, Fulton Hill, and Montrose Heights. We encourage communication to identify the needs of the community and we encourage all residents to work together to address those needs and to work to improve the overall quality of life in our community.
The goal of the association is to promote a better neighborhood through citizen participation.
We meet on the second Tuesday of even months: February, April, June, October, and December. Meetings are at the Neighborhood Resource Center at 1519 Williamsburg Road at 7 pm.
The Executive Committee meets on the second Tuesday of the alternate months also at the NRC at 7 pm.
