The Fulton Hill Community Business Association was formed in 1997. It is a non-stock, non-profit corporation dedicated to providing quality products and services to all customers in a safe, clean, pleasing setting.

Membership is open to anyone owning a property or a business in the Government Road/ Williamsburg Road corridor.  Six directors are elected by the membership and one director is a representative from the Greater Fulton Hill Civic Association.

The association meets quarterly on the first Monday of January, April, July, and October at the Neighborhood Resource Center, 1519 Williamsburg Road at 7 pm.
