Baby abandoned in the East End last August is now up for adoption

Yesterday, the parental rights were terminated to a baby that was abandoned last August. The baby has now been cleared for adoption.

The baby was found in the lawn of an East End home last August on Samara Drive near the Richmond / Henrico line.  Since then no one has come forward to claim the child, who is currently living with a foster family who have the option of adopting him.
