Talk about too close for comfort. I live in the next block. I usually get home about that time, but met a friend for dinner Wednesday night.
the police are apparently not too busy to issue parking citations for parking on the wrong side of the street on that block, but far too busy to patrol it for safety issues.
c’mon, richmond cops. do your part.
