That’s great! I’ve been wanting to buy local eggs, and wondering about urban backyard chickens in Richmond. It’s a big deal in other cities, but I haven’t heard a thing about it in Richmond.
I will definitely be getting my eggs from the NRC.
I have also been looking for local eggs – I am so excited to hear that the NRC has them. Also, I did not realize that the NRC had a farmer’s market in Tuesday. I’d love to check it out – what are the hours?
3:30 to 6:30 pm on Tuesdays.
but you can buy eggs anytime from 11am – 7pm at the NRC. You don’t have to wait for farmer’s market on Tuesdays.
