The Richmond police are holding a neighborhood watch training this evening. The event is from 6 to 8 p.m. at the department’s training academy at 1202 W. Graham Road and will feature instruction on personal safety as well as neighborhood and home security. Officers will also explain how the department works and how to start and recruit for a neighborhood watch.
