    For 100,000 of taxpayers money I think they should be a little more sure then being “generally correct and true.”

    The city can pay me $0 to do a status quo study. That’s right, absolutely nothing will happen to the property if nothing changes. No tax revenue, no ancillary development. Progress takes investment.

    Like anyone would dare propose an alternative to the Great Almighty Ballpark. I have never seen a more masterful attempt to Lure,Sell and force feed a project. They way people paint this as if the Ballpark will magically apear in 2011 just in time for the team to arrive and that it will cure Flooding,Earthquakes,Feed the Homeless and bring World peace.

    Just remember just because the Majority supports something does not make it right nor does it make things good for Shockoe Bottom.
