Fulton aerial from 1952

Fulton as seen from above in 1952, via the Library of Virginia Flickr photo stream. Government Road crosses left-to-right across the top of the photo, the train tracks are at the far right. The former trolley barn, still existent, can be seen just off center at the top. Very little remains…

    i wasn’t born until “57″.
    but growing up there with all of my childhood friends and siblings,some who have past now…at least those who would remember.
    any pics or info that relates to the fulton (bottom) is very interesting to me…thanks for all you and others do to bring this lost time in our lives more focus.
