A portion of the Valentine Richmond History Center collection has been digitized and is available for your perusal, and includes the circa 1935 image above, Fulton from Church Hill, by Charles W. Smith.

The Museum’s staff have selected several objects of note within the Collection Database as highlights of the collection and the Database will continue to be a work in progress. Objects and their images are being added regularly from a variety of collections and object types.

Due to the large number of objects in the History Center’s permanent collection, less than 5 % of the History Center
