bird spectacle
I’m a bona fide bird geek but you don’t have to be like me to enjoy the thrilling spectacle of swirls and swaths of Purple Martin tornadoes swooping into the city to roost. Yes, those are rules but rules people in other Neighborhood Associations have put into place. With a Neighborhood Association you as residents are the ones that create the rules and guidelines but they are much more then that.
