My family member Donald Harris was brutally mudered when he left his home on the night of December 11, 2000 to go get a pack of cigarettes.  He was found 20 minutes later in the back seat of his car in Gillies Creek, shot in the head.  He was not into drugs and he would have given the shirt off of his back to anyone. Instead someone decided to shoot him for no reason. Some heartless coward is walking the street while we had to lay a 34 year old to rest two weeks before Christmas. I hope that the person or persons that murdered him suffer the same, if not worse fate that they brought to him. If anyone knows of these cowards, it would be a relief for our family to have some peace knowing that this scum is off of the street and not harming anyone else.  I don’t usually wish harm to anyone, but for someone to take an innocent life of a man for no reason deserves the worst fate that could possibly be brought to them.  We are looking for answers, as we have been for almost 8 years now.  There is not a day that goes by that we don’t grieve for him.  I know someone out there knows something or maybe who did this to him and if you have a heart in your chest you will contact the Richmond Police Dept. with any information. Detective Fultz is handling the case.  Please, give our family some peace and put this person or persons where they belong.
