These apartments also qualify through VHDA to be EarthCraft certified. I work for EarthCraft Virginia and we are a state-side green building program. Our multifamily program provides quality low-income housing projects for the state. Once Woodcroft Village is complete, the residents will enjoy cleaner air, cheaper utility bills, and the satisfaction of living in a “green building.” This is such a positive move for our Fulton Community.
