large fight, fatal shooting on Admiral Gravely Boulevard

Sierra Davis, 18, died last night after being shot during a large fight on the 900 block of Admiral Gravely Boulevard. Officers were called to the scene on reports of a large fight; the shooting seems to have been from a struggle over a gun.

    Thanks John.
Unrelated to the article : our neighbors two doors down were robbed in the daytime. I’m wondering if there have been more robberies in our area? Anyone?

    Like a breaking&entering or a stick’em up?

The Fulton crime map shows 2 robberies (4/2&4/3) and 2 B&Es (3/21&4/15) in the past 8 weeks.

Did anyone else hear the blaze of gun fire Saturday night around 3 am? Sounded like it came from the Woodcroft Apts down below Montrose Heights.

I’ve been hearing quite a bit of gunfire over the last month…more so than usual.

According the one 911 operator, there is no reason to be concerned if someone fires a gun 7 times in rapid succession. According to her, they are just testing out the new gun they are planning on buying.

Seriously. A 911 operator told me that.
