Fulton Hill Civic Association Urges Community Involvement
4 Comments »Why should you attend the next Fulton Civic Association Meeting?
- Free refreshments – Last night we got cookies and punch. There’s always something good.
- Door prizes – It’s always fun to guess what’s in the mystery packages on the front table. Once I got a really useful CD case.
- Meet new people. One of the best things about Fulton Hill is that it’s surprisingly diverse. Show up. Share your uniqueness with your neighbors.
- If you tell us you’ve recently had a birthday, we’ll sing “Happy Birthday” for you.
- Special guests – Richmond police officers frequently attend, but they’ve never arrested anyone at a meeting. Last night we met Officer Ford, now in charge of environmental and community matters for our precinct. If you know of a section of the neighborhood that needs cleaning up, he can direct some community service workers to the area if you give him a call at 646-0680.
- Your Civic Association is an opportunity waiting for you. Come and share your ideas about how to make our community better.

You make a good point. Thanks. The next meeting of the Civic Association will be Tuesday night at 7:00 PM at the Neighborhood Resource Center at 1519 Williamsburg Road.
We hope you attend and we welcome your suggestions on how we may best publicize these meetings.
